TLC Worldwide is hiring a Sales Development Representative to be the first point of contact for potential clients and to qualify opportunities across FMCG, QSR, Banking, Telco, and Digital Platforms. You will drive outbound outreach and build meaningful conversations with decision-makers, setting the stage for our Business Development team.

You will develop market knowledge, nurture relationships on LinkedIn and email, and become proficient in TLC’s CRM while communicating TLC’s strong value

Qualifications

• Experience in telemarketing, lead generation or outbound prospecting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Tech-savvy with CRM systems and social media networking.
• Professional, proactive and client-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily outbound to contacts and warm prospects via phone and email.
• Identify, research and generate new opportunities within target accounts.
• Engage decision-makers across sectors and secure meetings.
• Utilize CRM to manage outreach timing and effectiveness.
• Research industries, challenges and opportunities of prospects.
• Build a professional network on LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Articulate TLC's value proposition clearly and confidently.
• Overcome objections and convert interest into engagement.
