In this role, you will be cross-skilled to support two customer engagement programs — one focused on renewing existing home warranty plans, and the other requiring a more critical, sales-driven approach to re-engage customers whose accounts have already been cancelled. Your ability to adapt across different customer scenarios, apply strong probing and objection-handling techniques, and close effectively will be key to driving both retention and re-engagement success.

What you will do as a Sales Support Representative

• Support two customer engagement programs as a cross-skilled Hybrid Agent — one focused on renewing existing home warranty plans, and the other requiring a more critical sales approach to re-engage customers whose accounts have already been cancelled.
• Adapt communication and sales strategies based on the customer scenario, applying both retention and re-engagement techniques as needed.
