Job summary

Rippedboxstation is seeking a Cold Calling & Appointment Setting Specialist to drive outbound campaigns across multiple channels from the Philippines. You will generate qualified leads, schedule meetings, and maintain CRM records while meeting KPI targets.

A portfolio of previous campaigns demonstrating measurable results is mandatory. The role supports flexible hours (20–40 per week) in Dubai time zone alignment, with experience in advertising agencies highly valued.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working for an Advertising Agency or Advertising Company is required.
• Experience as Cold Caller, Appointment Setter, SDR, BDR, or Telemarketing Specialist.
• Demonstrated success in outbound cold calling, appointment setting, lead qualification, and sales prospecting.
• Strong experience conducting email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting as part of integrated outbound campaigns.
• Excellent English communication skills with a clear, professional speaking voice.
• Strong objection-handling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, or similar systems.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to make a high volume of outbound calls daily.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-up schedules.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calling campaigns to generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Execute multi-channel outreach through phone calls, email follow-ups, and LinkedIn messaging to engage prospective clients and decision-makers.
• Identify, qualify, and nurture leads based on client-defined criteria before scheduling meetings.
• Build rapport with prospects, uncover business needs, and communicate the client's products or services.
• Schedule qualified appointments and maintain accurate calendars for the sales team.
• Record all outreach activities, prospect interactions, and follow-ups within the CRM system.
• Consistently follow up with prospects to maximize conversion rates and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for outbound calls, appointments booked, and qualified opportunities.
• Prepare regular activity and performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for campaign improvement.
