Job summary

Genpact, Ihub, Alabang, Philippines, is seeking an Outbound Sales Specialist to build relationships with channel partners and drive B2B sales. You will collaborate with sales and marketing to run joint campaigns and track performance.

• Track, analyze, and report on channel sales performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Provide product training, guidance, and support to channel partners to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
• Work closely with channel partners to identify new business opportunities and support deal closures.
• Assist in optimizing channel processes and initiatives to strengthen partner relationships and drive revenue expansion.
