• Schedule meetings or product presentations with potential clients.
• Follow up with existing and prospective customers regarding inquiries and quotations.
• Maintain and update customer information in the company database.
• Explain product features, benefits, and company services clearly and professionally.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
• Prepare reports on calls made, leads generated, and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing Team to ensure timely follow-up of leads.
