Qualifications

• 6+ months of BPO experience
• Experience handling a healthcare account is a plus
• Good verbal and written English skills
• Proficiency with MS Tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Willing to work onsite in Shaw, Mandaluyong
• Willing to work night shifts

Responsibilities

• Provides customer support through different communication channels (phone, email, chat).
• Resolve issues and accommodate customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction with products or services.
• Collaborates with colleagues and different departments to resolve complex issues.
• Maintains accurate records on customer interactions, transactions, feedback, etc.
