Job summary

Overseas is seeking an Outbound Email Specialist to own high-volume outbound prospecting for a fast-growing snack brand with national retail traction. You will manage lead lists in Google Sheets, monitor email automation, respond to replies, and keep Salesforce up-to-date.

The role is 100% remote, with US Eastern Time hours (Mon-Fri, 9 AM - 6 PM). You’ll work within an automated outbound system and write sharp follow-ups to move conversations forward.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound email sales or SDR role.
• Excellent written English.
• Ability to manage a high volume of leads and conversations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Management and Outbound Email Operations: Research and add qualified leads to Google Sheets; monitor sends; follow up on replies; write concise follow-ups.
• Account Follow-Up and Reactivation: Re-engage inactive or stalled accounts; support reorders and expansions; track open conversations.
• CRM and Pipeline Management: Log outreach in Salesforce; keep data clean; hit daily activity targets and monthly pipeline goals.
