Job summary

PETROPLAS TRADING INCORPORATED in Laguna, Philippines, seeks a Warehouse Loader/Inventory Assistant to ensure loading accuracy, assist delivery activities, inspect items, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; vocational/college is an advantage.
• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory, dispatch, or outbound checking preferred.
• Familiarity with picking lists, delivery receipts, invoices, and warehouse documentation.
• Basic inventory control knowledge and product identification.
• Ability to count accurately and identify discrepancies.
• Computer literacy and barcode scanners experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect items for damage, defects, or discrepancies prior to shipment and communicate issues.
• Ensure loading order follows recommended drop sequence.

• Use wheeler and reject twine for delivery if needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure all products being loaded are accounted in terms of quantity and quality.
• Secure delivery helper in loading of the products and ensure that no one commits mishandling of product for delivery.
• Inspect items for damage, defects, or discrepancies prior to shipment, and communicate any issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Ensure that order of loading the product is based on recommended drop sequence.
• Check the cleanliness of vehicle or trucks specially inside the truck before loading of products.
• Ensure that there are wheeler and reject twine to be used for delivery (if needed).
• Ensure that all documents (computerized straw list and DR yellow copy) are properly endorsed to Logistics Assistant with proper notation/remarks.
• Ensure to inform Logistics Supervisor that your loading assignment is completed and perform the necessary activities to observe the security measures in working areas such as closing of roll-up door.
• Carry-out same function for customer pick-up
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and best practices at all times.
• Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance job skills and knowledge.
• Other job that may be assigned by immediate supervisor from time to time especially outside base area checking duties.
