Responsibilities

• Process inbound/outbound items in good condition with tag & label.
• Check and arrange orders based on customer name, delivery address & assigned delivery trucks for outgoing items/products.
• Pack and wrap items securely for safekeeping.
• Perform dispatch checks against DR before loading into delivery trucks.
• Check all sales return items against Sales Returned Slip before acceptance & put away.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments daily.
• Assist warehouse OIC in other tasks.
• Monitor stock availability regularly.
• Adhere to company rules, regulations, and policy.
• Ensure no errors in checking/dispatch to prevent double handling and complaints.

Job Description:

• Processes all inbound/outbound items in good condition with tag & label.

• Checks and arranges orders base on the customer name, delivery address & assigned delivery trucks for the outgoing items/products.

• Packs and wraps items securely for the safeness of the items.

• Perform complete dispatch checking of outgoing items re: PVC’s, PPR, Fittings, Electrical Conduits, Teflon, Electrical Tapes & other trading items versus prepared delivery receipt (DR) before loading in the delivery truck/s.

• Check all sales return items in actual quantity & description based on Sales Returned Slip prior acceptance & put away of assigned location.

• Examines incoming and outgoing shipments daily.

• Assists warehouse assistant in other task given by the Whse OIC.

• Regular Monitoring of Stocks Availability.

• Adhere to company rules and regulations and policy.

• Ensures no room for error in checking/dispatching of items that resulted to double handling and customer complaint.

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a high school diploma.

• With at least 2 years work experienced in a warehousing environment as warehouse checker/dispatcher.

• Keen on details and is capable of noticing small errors on orders or defective aspects of products.

• Results oriented, proactive, dependable & with sense of "Malasakit".

• Able to handle pressure and work on a tight deadline.

• Must be residing nearby BOCAUE.
