Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering is required.
• 8–10 years of experience in Power Plant Maintenance or outage management.
• 2–5 years in a management or supervisory capacity.
• MBA or Registered Professional Engineer is preferable.
• A driver’s license is required to perform responsibilities.

Job Description:

The Outage Maintenance Manager is accountable for the end-to-end lifecycle of Planned and Forced Outages for the supercritical coal power plant facility. This role leads the initiation, planning, execution, and close-out of all outages to maximize plant reliability and availability while ensuring strict adherence to the Outage Management Process and quality objectives

Qualification:

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering
• Professional License: Registered Engineer (ME, EE, ECE, or equivalent)
• Professional Experience (No. of Years): At least 8–10 years of experience in Power Plant Maintenance or outage management
• Leadership Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in a management or supervisory capacity
• Preferred Qualifications: An MBA degree or a Registered Professional Engineer is preferable
• Additional Requirement: A driver’s license is required.

Requirements:
