Ubiquity is seeking an Order to Cash Reporting Analyst to join our accounting team. You will oversee committed billings and actuals reporting, manage OTC forecasting and KPI reporting, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition.

You will maintain the customer master in NetSuite and align Oracle NetSuite with Salesforce for smooth integrations. This role requires strong analytic and reporting capabilities within Finance, along with hands-on experience in NetSuite

Competenze

• 3 years of Order to Cash, finance experience with analytical and reporting focus.
• Advanced experience with NetSuite, Suite Billing, NetSuite Analytics.
• Advanced experience with Salesforce and Salesforce reporting.
• 3 years of Excel experience including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables and formulas.

Mansioni

• Prepare committed billings reporting and actuals reporting.
• Manage forecast reporting for OTC and FP&A, and monthly OTC KPI reporting.
• Collaborate to identify non-standard contract terms and ensure proper revenue recognition.
• Maintain Customer Master in NetSuite and align with NetSuite and Salesforce for customer integration.
