Job summary

Ubiquity is seeking an Order to Cash Reporting Analyst to join its accounting team. You will own billings reporting, forecasting for OTC and KPI reporting, and ensure accurate revenue recognition across Satc systems.

The role involves managing NetSuite/Salesforce integrations, supporting audits, and driving process improvements while collaborating with Deal Desk, Collections, Revenue Accounting, Sales, Legal, FP&A and other operational teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of Order to Cash, finance experience from analytical and reporting perspective.
• Advanced experience with NetSuite, Suite Billing, NetSuite Analytics.
• Advanced experience with Salesforce and Salesforce reporting.
• 3 years of Excel experience including Vlookups, pivot tables and formulas.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for committed billings reporting and actuals reporting.
• Manages the forecast reporting for OTC and FP&A, and OTC KPI reporting on a monthly basis.
• Identify non-standard contract terms and collaborate with senior teams to ensure appropriate revenue recognition.
• Manage Customer Master in NetSuite and alignment with NetSuite and Salesforce for integration and ongoing changes.
• Oversee change management related to the customer master for OM and AR teams.
• Contribute to system/process improvements and ongoing development.
• Assist in internal control procedures to support SOX controls.
• Support annual and quarterly audit requests and provide required documentation.
• Assist external audit teams with quarterly and annual requirements.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, including reporting and reconciliations.
• Monitor monthly and quarterly KPI definitions and reporting.
• Handle customer experience metrics and resolve inquiries and disputes.

About the role:

Ubiquity is hiring for an Order too Cash Reporting Analyst to join its growing accountingcounting team. This position reports to the SR Manager, Order Management & Billing, and is an interdisciplinary position which interacts with Deal Desk, Collections, Revenue Accounting, Sales, Legal, FP&A and various Operational teams across Ubiquity.

What You’ll Do:

• Responsible for committed billings reporting and actuals reporting.
• Manages the forecast reporting for OTC and FP&A, and OTC KPI reporting on a monthly basis.
• Identify any non-standard contract term and collaborate with the SR Manager, andr,and Revenue Accounting team to ensure appropriate revenue recognition.
• Manages the Customer Master in NetSuite and ensures there is alignment with NetSuite and Salesforce on customer integration set up as well ongoing changes that arise.
• Responsible for a queue of change management related to the customer master supporting the OM and AR Teams.
• Provide input for on-going development and improvement on systems and operation
  processes.
• Assist SR Manager in performing internal control procedures to ensure SOX controls.
• Participates and supports yearly audit requests as applicable in providing the requested support for any selected transactions.
• Assist the external audit team regarding all quarterly and annual audit requirements
• Supports month end and quarter end close activities as defined by the SR Manager, including reporting, reconciliations, and forward-lookingreporting.
• Responsible for monthly and quarterly KPI’s as defined by the SR. Manager
• Customer experience metrics and responsibilities including resolving inquiries into transactions, special requests around the transactions and resolving any disputes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 3 years of Order to Cash, finance experience from analytical and reporting perspective
• Advanced experience with NetSuite, Suite Billing, NetSuite Analytics.
• Advanced experience with Salesforce and Salesforce reporting
• 3 years of Excel experience including experience with Vlookups, pivot tables and formulas.
