Job summary

Ubiquity is seeking an Order to Cash Reporting Analyst to join a cross-functional accounting team. The role reports to the SR Manager, Order Management & Billing and collaborates with Deal Desk, Collections, Revenue Accounting, Sales, Legal, FP&A and operations.

You will own committed billings and actuals reporting, manage forecasts and OTC KPI reporting, and ensure accurate revenue recognition with Revenue Accounting. Attention to detail and process improvement mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of Order to Cash with analytical and reporting experience.
• Advanced experience with NetSuite, Suite Billing, NetSuite Analytics.
• Advanced experience with Salesforce and Salesforce reporting.
• 3 years of Excel experience including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables and formulas.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for committed billings reporting and actuals reporting.
• Manages forecast reporting for OTC and FP&A, and OTC KPI reporting monthly.
• Identify non-standard contract terms and collaborate on revenue recognition.
• Manage Customer Master in NetSuite and align with Salesforce integration.
• Handle change management for customer master supporting OM and AR teams.
• Provide input for systems/process improvements.
• Assist SR Manager in internal control procedures to ensure SOX controls.
• Support quarterly and annual audit requirements with the external team.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities and KPI reporting.
• Resolve customer inquiries, disputes, and special requests around transactions.
