Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Order to Cash (OTC) Operations Manager to lead teams of Processors and Analysts responsible for order management, billing, and AR/collections. This on-site role is based in Quezon City and follows a Return to Office setup with night shifts.

You will oversee performance metrics, drive process improvements, and ensure service levels are met while mentoring staff and coordinating workload across shifts.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of OTC experience in Order Management and Billing.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee teams of Processors and Analysts in Order to Cash (OTC) operations.
• Monitor workload balancing and coordinate assignments to meet SLAs.
• Ensure high-quality output and a positive working environment for team members.
• Review performance by daily/weekly/monthly metrics and drive improvements.
• Provide feedback to Quality and Management on trends and improvement opportunities.
