Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking a Delivery Manager to oversee the end‑to‑end Order-to-Cash process, including order management, invoicing, credit and collections, disputes, and cash application. The role focuses on delivering accurate processing, compliant operations, reducing risk, and improving cash flow while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
MBA preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
Experience with OTC processes and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end OTC processes including order management, invoicing, credit and collections, disputes, and cash application.
Lead strategy development, set objectives, and track service performance against SLAs.
Mentor the OTC team and drive process improvements and CI initiatives.
Coordinate with sales, logistics, and finance to ensure accurate processing and optimal cash flow.
