You will manage order-to-cash activities, drive process improvements, and ensure accurate invoicing, credit control, disputes, and cash application while upholding compliance and service levels.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with 7+ years in OTC or similar functions and strong leadership, analytics, and ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end order-to-cash processes including order management, invoicing, credit/collections, disputes and cash application.
• Lead process improvements and automation initiatives to streamline OTC operations.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulations and support audits.
• Deliver high-quality, customer-focused services and manage the OTC team with coaching and mentoring.
