Job summary

ZeroDay Group is seeking an OTC Process Specialist to support the Opportunity-to-Cash process. The role involves preparing bids, proposals, quotations, and sales orders while meeting service levels and billing deadlines.

You will collaborate with Business Development, Sales, Operations, and Finance to maintain accurate OTC workflows and ensure orders align with project and service delivery requirements. Experience with SAP and Salesforce is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in bid, proposal, quotation, pricing, or sales order processing.
• Understanding of OTC, Quote-to-Cash, or Order-to-Cash processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bids, proposals, quotations, and pricing requests.
• Review customer information, pricing, terms, scope, and documents.
• Create, process, and maintain Sales Orders and Planning Orders.
• Process orders in SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC and other OTC systems.
• Ensure timely billing and alignment with project requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales, BD, Operations, and Finance teams.
