Qualifications

• Experience supporting submission processes for proposals and renewals.
• Proficient with CRM systems and data entry workflows.
• Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets and data accuracy.
• Experience with DocuSign and document management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize documentation for new business and renewal submissions.
• Manage DocuSign Workspaces for client submissions.
• Track submission statuses and follow up with carriers as directed.
• Assist in plan comparisons, summaries, and supporting documents for sales agents.
• Update CRM and project management systems with carrier, plan, and sales contact information.
