Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with good time management
• Available to work flexible full-time hours including weekends, holidays and events

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Hotel or Resort, as Reservations Agents
• Must have a strong user knowledge of Outlook, MS Office, OPERA PMS, Siteminder and other relevant software/applications
• Must have a strong communication skills - oral and written, excellent interpersonal and relation skills
• Must be detail-oriented and has good time management skills
• Must be available to work flexible Full time hourse including weekends, holidays and special events

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responds to all guest reservation requests and executes prompt, courteous and accurate guest service at all times
• Answer guest inquiries pertaining to hotel services
• Update No-shows and cancellations on all OTA's without fail to avoid and unwanted commissions.
