Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• Experience managing enterprise software, system implementation, or digital transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and project delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Experience handling cross-functional technical teams.
• Stakeholder and client management experience.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Leading planning, initiation, and execution of OSS/BSS and digital transformation projects from conception to delivery and closure.
• Developing project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations while managing risks.
• Coordinating with technical, operations, and business stakeholders for alignment with objectives.
• Monitoring progress, KPIs, and reporting to senior management and sponsors.
• Managing scope, schedule, and budget; implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Facilitating communication among project teams, vendors, and partners.
• Conducting post-project reviews and capturing lessons learned.
• Supporting change management to realise project benefits.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements and best practices in project management.
