Job summary

FiberHome Phils., Inc. is seeking an experienced engineer to design telecom infrastructure and site layouts for on-site projects in the Philippines.

You will conduct comprehensive surveys, plan material flows, and develop detailed drawings and work method statements for copper cable receiving and loading processes. The role requires strong AutoCAD abilities, knowledge of local regulations, and the ability to ensure safety and quality across engineering designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical or related field.
• 2–5 years experience in telecom infrastructure design or related projects.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and technical drawing tools.
• Knowledge of Philippine regulations (NTC/DENR-MGB/DOLE-OSHC/LGU).
• Familiarity with copper cable handling and processing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive site surveys, measurements of work areas, storage yards, access roads, loading bays, and equipment zones.
• Design site layouts covering material staging, handling paths, storage zones, loading points, safety perimeters, and traffic flow.
• Create Work Method Statements, process flow diagrams, and plans for copper cable receiving, sorting, stripping, weighing, and loading.
• Plan material movement routes to maximize efficiency and minimize bottlenecks.
• Design temporary structures and access points with compliance to load limits and safety.
