Job summary

Tahche Outsourcing Services Inc in Cebu City seeks an Outside Plant (OSP) Design Engineer to design fiber-optic networks outside buildings and support reliable telecom services. You will prepare drawings, review field data, and perform route planning using AutoCAD, GIS, and other design tools.

This is a full-time, office-based role with shifting schedules and collaboration across field teams. Preferred FTTH/fiber optics experience; leadership and telecom background are a plus, with office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• 2–3 years in Engineering-Electronics/Communication or equivalent.
• Leadership experience.
• Experience in a Telecom company is required.
• OSP-related project experience from planning to evaluation.
• Experience with OSP, FTTH, fiber optics is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design OSP fiber-optic networks including routes and pole lines.
• Prepare drawings and construction plans using AutoCAD and design tools.
• Review field data, maps, and existing infra for accurate OSP designs.
• Perform fiber route planning and pole attachment design.
• Use GIS, CAD, and OSP design software for network drawings.
• Ensure designs meet standards, client specs, and permits.
• Coordinate with field engineers, permitting teams, and surveyors.
• Maintain project records and design revisions.
• Assist with material quantities, cost estimates, and deliverables.
