Job summary

Sunfish HRA Consulting Inc. is seeking an HR Officer to support the administration and improvement of the company’s Performance Management System (PMS).

The role involves coordinating performance evaluations, tracking KPIs, and generating analytics and dashboards to drive organizational development. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in psychology, HRM, or related fields, with internship or experience in HR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, HRM, Behavioral Science, or related field.
• Internship or 1 year of experience in HR, Organizational Development, or Performance Management.
• Knowledge of Performance Management Systems (PMS), KPI development and monitoring, and employee performance evaluation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information.
• Willing to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Handle implementation and administration of the company's Performance Management System (PMS).
• Coordinate and monitor the completion of employee performance evaluations.
• Track and monitor departmental and individual KPIs.
• Prepare and analyze performance reports, dashboards, and HR metrics.
• Coordinate with department heads regarding performance goals, appraisals, and development plans.
• Assist in developing and updating performance management tools, policies, and procedures.
• Support organizational development initiatives, employee engagement, and process improvement projects.
• Maintain accurate records of performance evaluations and employee development activities.
• Conduct data analysis and provide recommendations to improve employee performance and organizational effectiveness.
• Perform other HR and Organizational Development-related duties as assigned.
