Qualifications

Expertise in Organizational Design with outcome-based roles.
End-to-end Performance Management experience.
End-to-end Talent Management and Succession Planning experience.
10–15 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
Banking/financial services familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develops and implements OD strategy and operating plans aligned with bank direction.
Lead Leadership Development and Talent Management to strengthen your leadership pipeline.
Oversee Succession Planning and readiness for key positions.
Design and implement Employee Engagement strategies and measurement tools.
Manage Performance Management processes and governance.
Produce timely management reports for organizational effectiveness.
Provide consultancy to subsidiaries on HR topics within specialization.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies.
