Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead end-to-end OD initiatives from assessment to measurement.
• Experience in technology, IT services, telecommunications, or fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational diagnostics and assessments translating findings into actionable improvement plans.
• Design and implement organization structures and workforce planning solutions.
• Drive change management initiatives by developing stakeholder alignment plans.
