Job summary

Our Clients in Pasig City is seeking an Organizational Development Manager to lead initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness, team performance, and workplace culture. You will partner with People & Culture teams and leaders to design workforce solutions and support transformation using data-driven OD strategies.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field, a formal OD certification, 5+ years in OD with 2+ in leadership, and experience in fast-paced industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, or related field.
• 5+ years in Organizational Development or related fields with at least 2 years in leadership.
• Certification in Organizational Development is required.
• Experience in telecommunications, technology, or digital services is highly preferred.
• Experience leading end-to-end OD initiatives.
• Strong facilitation, cross-functional engagement.
• Strong analytics, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Strong project management including planning, governance, risk, and benefits tracking.

Responsibilities

• Conduct organizational diagnostics and assessments and translate findings into improvement plans.
• Develop and implement organization design and workforce structure initiatives.
• Support transformation and change management initiatives through planning and engagement.
• Design and facilitate leadership development and team effectiveness programs.
• Lead workshops for leaders and teams on alignment, culture, and problem-solving.
• Partner with HR to strengthen talent management and succession planning.
• Create OD frameworks, playbooks, and methodologies for consistency.
• Monitor OD program effectiveness with dashboards and metrics.
• Prepare design recommendations and actionable insights for leadership decisions.
