Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking an Order to Cash Ops Associate Manager in a hybrid role based in Taguig Uptown Bonifacio Tower 2. The role oversees teams in Order Management, Billing, AR/Collections, ensuring productivity and quality metrics are met and reported.

You will manage complex cases, liaise with cross-functional teams, and contribute to process improvements with automation, Power BI dashboards, and evolving AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• 5-years supervisory experience.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in one or more of: Sales/Order Management, Billing, Collections, Deductions Management, Cash Application.

Responsibilities

• Oversee teams of Processors and Analysts under Order management/Billing and Accounts Receivable/Collections, ensuring productivity and quality metrics are met and reported.
• Identify and assess process-related complexities and propose potential solutions.
• Flag risks to external and internal stakeholders with proposed plans.
