Job summary
SupportFinity™ is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate in Davao City to assist customers, build rapport, and drive sales. You will greet shoppers, explain products, and nurture lasting relationships while ensuring accurate order processing for delivery or pickup.

Responsibilities

- Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
- Responsible for receiving all Goods Issue of customer order subject for delivery and pick up.
- Review picking lists and verify order details against the system and customer requirements
Qualifications

- At least 6 months-1 year work experience in retail sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
