Responsibilities

• The RTW Helper assists in the smooth functioning of the retail store by supporting customer service, inventory management, visual merchandising, and the overall upkeep of the store. This role is vital to ensuring that customers have an exceptional shopping experience, and that the store is organized, well-stocked, and aligned with brand standards.
• Customer Assistance: greet and assist customers with their shopping needs; provide product knowledge and styling advice to enhance the customer experience; assist with fitting room management and help customers with product selection; handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner; assist in promoting store promotions, offers, and seasonal sales; help with replenishing stock on the sales floor and ensure product availability; actively support the sales team in achieving sales targets.
• Inventory Management: help with stock counting and inventory checks; assist in receiving and unpacking new shipments of ready-to-wear items; ensure products are tagged, priced, and displayed correctly; ensure that clothing displays and store layout adhere to brand standards; support the display of seasonal collections and promotional items; maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Store Operations: assist with cash register operations, including ringing up sales and processing payments; handle returns and exchanges according to store policies; support with end-of-day store closing procedures; work closely with the store management team to ensure all operational needs are met; assist colleagues with tasks to ensure smooth store operations.

Qualifications

• Trustworthy and with pleasing personality
• High School Graduate, ALS ,Senior/Junior High or HIGHER
• With experience is a plus or w/o experience as long as willing to be trained
• Physically fit
• With valid original barangay and police clearance
• Good with customer service is an edge
• Detail-oriented, and good with customers
