optiBPO in Clark, Pampanga is seeking an Order Entry Associate to manage the ordering activity, ensuring accurate entry and timely processing of all orders.

You will review orders for completeness, coordinate with inventory, operations, and customer experience teams, confirm product availability, and communicate shipment dates and any delays.

A strong English communicator with ERP/CRM experience and 2–3 years in finance or data entry will thrive in this international environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong understanding of finance systems, principles, and processes.
• Experience working with suppliers and customers to resolve order-related issues.
• Experience working with Western companies (preferred).
• Experience in order entry, customer service, sales support, or administrative coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration.
• 2–3 years of experience in a finance or data entry role.

Responsabilités

• Receive customer purchase orders and accurately enter them into the order management system.
• Review orders for completeness and resolve any missing, unclear, or conflicting information.
• Prepare and send order acknowledgements, confirming order details and expected shipment dates.
• Coordinate with inventory, operations, and customer experience teams to confirm product availability and shipment readiness.
• Help ensure orders are processed and shipped within the required turnaround time when inventory is available.
• Identify product shortages, inventory constraints, and potential delivery risks, and work with internal teams to find suitable alternatives or solutions.
• Communicate shipment schedules, delays, changes, and resolution plans to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Partner with the Customer Experience Lead to identify, escalate, and resolve order exceptions.

Job Overview Responsible for managing the ordering activity for the organisation, including timely and accurate entry and processing of all orders received.
