BMG Outsourcing Inc. is seeking an Oracle HCM Functional Administrator to manage day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of the Oracle HCM Cloud platform from a work-from-home setup in the Philippines.

You will work with HR, Finance, and IT, review quarterly releases, optimize workflows, and ensure security and compliance. A Bachelor's degree and at least three years in Oracle HCM Cloud are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud admin/consulting.
• Experience with Core HR modules: Recruiting, Journeys, Performance, Talent, Learning.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Oracle HCM Administration across approved modules and functionalities.
• Configure workflows, fields, forms, approvals, notifications, and Journeys.
• Assess quarterly releases and recommend enhancements or configuration updates.
• Maintain security roles, privileges, profiles, and data access controls.
• Support employee and manager self-service functionality and workflows.
• Testing, release management, SIT/UAT, and regression testing for updates.
• Documentation of configurations, release notes, and audit trails.
