A leading workforce solutions provider seeks an experienced Oracle HCM professional in Taguig to design, implement, and manage Oracle HCM modules. The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM implementations, including strong knowledge of SDLC processes. Responsibilities include collaborating with business stakeholders, leading project management activities, and ensuring system performance and compliance. A degree in a relevant field is required, along with proficiency in SQL tuning and basics of AI/ML.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years experience in Oracle HCM implementations.
• Strong functional knowledge of Core HCM, Performance, Recruiting, and Compensation.

Job Requirements

• 4-year degree (Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or relational functional field) and/or equivalent combination of education or work experience.
• 5+ years with SDLC process, model creation and maintenance of flow diagrams, communicating and collaboration in enterprise Oracle HCM platforms (PaaS, SaaS) and environments.
• 7-10 years experience in Oracle HCM implementations.
• Strong functional knowledge in Core HCM, Performance, Recruiting, and Compensation modules.
• Proficiency in Oracle HCM architecture and integration.
• Experience in Oracle Cloud data models in HCM and Finance.
• Knowledge of SQL tuning and best practices for HCM extracts, Fast Formulas, OTBI.
• Familiarity with systems integration, security, user provisioning and single sign-on technologies.
• Foundational knowledge in AI/ML is desirable

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing solutions: Ensuring that the solutions are scalable, sustainable, and optimized for performance.
• Stakeholder collaboration: Engaging with key business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide guidance.
• Implementation and project management: Leading or supporting the implementation of Oracle HCM modules, including system configuration and testing.
• Technical expertise: Overseeing integration strategies with other systems and ensuring security and compliance.
• Continuous improvement: Providing ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle HCM systems and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Documentation and training: Developing comprehensive system documentation and providing training to HR and IT teams on Oracle HCM functionalities.
