Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Developer Manager to lead the development, configuration, administration, and support of Oracle HCM solutions for diverse client portfolios. You will guide teams, coach juniors, manage workstreams, and translate client needs into practical solutions using Oracle tools and OCI.

The role requires 7–11 years of relevant experience and strong English communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
7–11 years of experience in Oracle HCM/ERP environments.
Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Lead Oracle HCM development workstreams across client implementations and support.
Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and deliverables for assigned work.
Guide configuring, developing, and maintaining Oracle HCM solutions.
Review designs, code, and deliverables to ensure alignment with requirements.
Translate business needs into functional/technical specifications for enhancements.
Direct issue analysis and resolution across integrations and defects.
Oversee use of Oracle ADF, Data Integration, and OCI in delivery.
Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize requests and report progress.
Mentor team members through feedback and technical reviews.
