Arcadis in the Philippines is seeking an experienced production support specialist to maintain Oracle-based environments and coordinate code migrations for the GSI Solutions team. You will ensure availability, performance, and adherence to SLAs while working with global, multi-vendor environments.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience supporting Oracle Applications and Extension layers.
Experience implementing Cloud application services in a global, multi-vendor environment.
Proven track record of service excellence and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Monitor Oracle Application & Extension services to detect incidents per SLAs.
Triage and resolve L1 incidents; escalate to L2/L3 with diagnostics.
Coordinate code migrations/deployments in non-prod and prod via Helix tickets.
Validate deployments and run post-deployment smoke tests for stability.
Monitor performance and resource usage; respond to alerts promptly.
Coordinate release schedules with the release manager across environments, teams, and vendors.
Identify incident trends and contribute to continuous improvement and automation.
