Coordinates, supervises and is accountable for the daily activities of Patient Account Resolution Specialist. Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion and coordinates work activities with other supervisors.
Coaches and mentors team members to achieve the metric goals/targets
Identifies and resolves operational problems using defined processes, expertise and judgment
Guides decisions based on policies, procedures and business plan
Guide and mentor team members to achieve their career goals
Completed at least 2 years college level
Minimum of 1-2 years experience as a Subject Matter Expert in a call center setting, medical, insurance, or collections process
Minimum of 1-2 years of Supervisory Experience
Can pass Domain (Operations) Final Interview
Good problem-solving skills
Demonstrates great depth of knowledge/skills in call center, medical, insurance, or collections domain expertise
Able to work on a shifting schedule
