Qualifications

• Completed at least 2 years college level.
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience as a Subject Matter Expert in a call center setting, medical, insurance, or collections process.
• Can pass Domain (Operations) Final Interview.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrates great depth of knowledge and skills in call center, medical, insurance, or collections domain expertise.
• Able to work on a shifting schedule.
• Able to report full time in the office.
