Job summary

JLL in Taguig, Philippines, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager (P3) to lead a diverse team spanning data analytics, training, and engineering operations. The role requires hands-on Corrigo experience and a proactive, strategic leader who can collaborate with senior leadership.

You will drive operational excellence, set KPIs, refine SOPs, and foster psychological safety while delivering results for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 2-3+ years of progressive operations management experience with people leadership.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams across data analytics, training, and/or engineering operations.
• Knowledge of facilities management or work order systems.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and complexity.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with performance management and talent development.
• Ability to influence and inspire teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Team Leads across data analytics, training, and engineering operations.
• Set objectives, evaluate performance, and maintain psychological safety.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensure quality and client satisfaction.
• Define KPIs and drive continuous improvement across teams.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to align priorities.
