Job summary

The role focuses on 6S activities, process monitoring, data entry, and adherence to quality specifications to support reliable production. You will operate manual or semi-automatic equipment, perform SPC checks, maintain accurate logs, and ensure proper categorization of materials while wearing required protective gear.

Responsibilities

• Perform 6S activities pre and post shift.
• Operate DPG-HRDS, manual or semi-automatic.
• Monitor process visuals, SPC, sampling tests per specifications.
• Make computer transactions for station records (AX / e-logsheets / SPC / Qualis).
• Account for lot quantities and categorize rejected parts accurately.
• Decide based on existing specifications and criteria; perform other tasks as called for.

Job Description:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or ability required.

• 6S activities pre and post shift
• DPG-HRDS Operation, either manual or semi-automatic.
• Can perform process monitors visuals, SPC, sampling test) as per spec procedures task and or responsibility.
• Computer transaction regarding the details of his/her compelled station (AX / e-logsheets/SPC/Qualis, etc)
• Accounting of lot quantities and proper categorization of rejected parts
• Be able to decide based on existing specifications and /or criteria
• Perform other task as called for
