Job summary

Responsibilities

• Set up welders, machines and troubleshoot minor setup problems.
• 6S activities pre- and post-shift either manual or semi-automatic.
• Perform process monitors (visuals, SPC, sampling test) per spec procedures.
• Computer transactions regarding the details of the assigned station.
• Account for lot quantities and proper categorization of rejected parts.
• Make decisions based on existing specifications and criteria.
• Perform other duties as needed and follow system procedures and SOPs.
• Highlight any issues that could affect safety, quality or output during shift.

Job Description

• Setup of welders, machine and trouble shoot minor setup problems.
• 6S activities pre- and post-shift either manual or semi-automatic.
• Can perform process monitors (visuals, SPC, sampling test) as per spec procedures task and/or responsibility.
• Computer transaction regarding the details of his/her compelled station
• Accounting of lot quantities and proper categorization of rejected parts
• Be able to decide based on existing specifications and /or criteria
• Perform other tasks as needed. Follows and complies with all normal duties and responsibilities, system procedure, flow and standard of operation.
• Initiates highlighting of any issues that could affect the safety, quality and/or output during his/her shift
