Job summary

Aon is seeking an Operations Manager – Continuous Improvement to lead internal transformation, build capability, and partner with senior leaders across Operations and Technology. You will drive cost savings, develop dashboards, and manage governance to deliver measurable benefits.

Strategic thinker with strong data skills will coordinate with multiple stakeholders, champion lean methodologies, and ensure sustained improvements across global operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, information technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in operations, continuous improvement, business process management, or a similar role.
• Demonstrated experience supporting or owning process improvement initiatives.
• Strong data analysis skills, including experience with large datasets to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Proficiency in Power BI (or similar BI tools) and advanced Excel; able to build and maintain meaningful dashboards for operational decision‑making.
• Comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders to drive alignment and follow‑through.
• Proven ability to work independently, take ownership, and proactively identify what needs to be done.

Responsibilities

• Establish internal continuous improvement and change delivery capability.
• Lead the transition of knowledge, tools, and methodologies.
• Act as a trusted transformation partner to senior leaders across Operations and Technology.
• Own and deliver transformation initiatives with benefits realisation and measurable outcomes.
• Translate strategic priorities into executable improvement initiatives with clear milestones.
• Ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within scope with clear accountability.
• Develop and maintain reporting and insights; build dashboards for operational decisions.
• Identify, quantify, and deliver cost savings through process optimisation and operating model refinement.
• Partner with Technology to optimise system usage and reduce manual workarounds.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders to drive adoption of new ways of working.
• Lead change management activities to embed lasting changes.
• Establish governance, tracking, and reporting for transformation initiatives; monitor KPIs and cost savings.
