Job summary

Aon is seeking an Operations Manager – Continuous Improvement to build internal change capabilities, lead transformation initiatives, and drive data-driven insights across Operations and Technology. The role focuses on delivering benefits, streamlining end-to-end processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure sustained impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, information technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in operations, continuous improvement, business process management, or a similar role.
• Demonstrated experience supporting or owning process improvement / continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong data analysis skills, including experience working with large datasets to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Proficiency in Power BI (or similar BI tools) and advanced Excel; able to build and maintain meaningful dashboards and reports for operational decision‑making.
• Comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders across operations and technology to drive alignment.
• Proven ability to work independently and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Build Internal Change & Transformation Capability: establish internal continuous improvement and change delivery capability; lead knowledge/tools transfer; act as transformation partner to senior leaders across Operations and Technology.
• Drive Transformation Initiatives: own and deliver initiatives with benefits realisation and clear milestones.
• Develop and maintain reporting and insights: work with large datasets, build dashboards, translate requirements into data models and scripts.
• Operational Efficiency: identify cost savings through process optimisation, automation, and operating model refinement.
• Stakeholder & Change Management: engage senior stakeholders to drive adoption and embed changes.
• Governance, Measurement & Reporting: establish governance, track KPIs, provide progress updates to leadership.
