Job summary

Aon plc in the Philippines is seeking an Operations Manager - Continuous Improvement to lead internal change capabilities and drive transformative initiatives. You will own data-driven programs, develop dashboards, and partner with Operations and Technology to deliver measurable cost savings and efficiency gains.

You will translate strategic priorities into executable projects, monitor outcomes, and manage stakeholder engagement to ensure sustainable adoption across regions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, information technology or related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in operations, continuous improvement, business process management, or similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or owning process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong data analysis skills, including experience with large datasets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Proficiency in Power BI (or similar BI tools) and advanced Excel for dashboards and reporting.
  • Comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders to drive alignment and follow‑through.

Operations Manager - Continuous Improvement

What the day will look like

Build Internal Change & Transformation Capability

  • Establish internal continuous improvement and change delivery capability.
  • Lead the transition of knowledge, tools, and methodologies.
  • Act as a trusted transformation partner to senior leaders across Operations and Technology.

Drive Transformation Initiatives

  • Own and deliver transformation initiatives, ensuring benefits realisation and sustained impact.
  • Translate strategic priorities into executable improvement initiatives with clear outcomes, milestones, and measures of success.
  • Ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with clear accountability.

Develop and maintain reporting and insights

  • Work with large datasets to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Build and maintain meaningful dashboards and reports for operational decision-making.
  • Translate business requirements into data models, formulas, and scripts.

Operational Efficiency

  • Identify, quantify, and deliver cost savings through process optimisation, automation, simplification, and operating model refinement.
  • Apply lean and continuous improvement methodologies to eliminate waste and improve end-to-end processes.
  • Partner closely with Technology to optimise system usage, reduce manual workarounds, and improve scalability.

Stakeholder & Change Management

  • Engage and influence senior stakeholders across Operations and Technology to drive adoption of new ways of working.
  • Lead change management activities, ensuring changes are embedded and sustained beyond project delivery.
  • Build strong cross-functional collaboration and a shared accountability for outcomes.

Governance, Measurement & Reporting

  • Establish clear governance, tracking, and reporting for transformation initiatives.
  • Define and monitor KPIs, benefits tracking, and cost savings realisation.
  • Provide regular, clear updates to leadership on progress, risks, and outcomes.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, information technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in operations, continuous improvement, business process management, or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or owning process improvement / continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong data analysis skills, including experience working with large datasets to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Proficiency in Power BI (or similar BI tools) and advanced Excel; able to build and maintain meaningful dashboards and reports for operational decision-making.
  • Comfortable working with and coordinating multiple stakeholders (operations, technology, product owners, leaders) to drive alignment and follow‑through.
  • Proven ability to work independently, take ownership, and proactively identify what needs to be done rather than waiting for detailed instructions.
  • Strong relationship‑building and communication skills; confident engaging with stakeholders remotely and across different locations/time zones.
  • Ability to prioritise, multitask, and adapt to changing needs in a transformation / target operating model environment.
  • Experience in financial services, insurance, banking, or government operations is highly preferred.
  • Experience working on regional or global projects is a plus.
