Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, information technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in operations, continuous improvement, business process management, or a similar role.
• Demonstrated experience supporting or owning process improvement / continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong data analysis skills, including experience working with large datasets to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Proficiency in Power BI (or similar BI tools) and advanced Excel; able to build and maintain meaningful dashboards and reports for operational decision-making.
• Comfortable working with and coordinating multiple stakeholders (operations, technology, product owners, leaders) to drive alignment and follow‑through.

Responsibilities

• Build Internal Change & Transformation Capability across teams.
• Lead transformation initiatives with clear outcomes, milestones, and benefits tracking.
• Develop dashboards and reports to support operational decisions using data models, formulas, and scripts.
• Identify cost savings through process optimization, automation, simplification, and operating model refinement.
• Partner with Technology to optimise system usage and reduce manual workarounds.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders to drive adoption of new ways of working.
• Define governance, tracking, and reporting for transformation initiatives.
