• 5+ years in training delivery and L&D.
• 2–3 years managing training leaders and multi-geo teams.
• Experience in BPO environments and complex operations.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Executive stakeholder management with Directors/VPs and clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the training team supporting assigned processes (Pre-, Process-, Certification).
• Ensure training outcomes align with operational and client metrics.
• Lead curriculum design, performance analysis, and capacity planning.
• Drive digital learning initiatives and AI-enabled learning where appropriate.
