Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking an Operations Trainer to drive continuous learning and transfer knowledge to new hires. You will analyze training needs and create materials suitable for face-to-face or online delivery.

You will deliver classroom and online sessions, monitor trainee performance to identify gaps, mentor operators, and generate training reports for easy monitoring. This hybrid role offers a stable dayshift and opportunities for international exposure.

• Understands different kinds of learners.

About The Job

The Operations Trainer ignites the passion for continuous learning. We are experts in the processes, and we want to ensure that we transfer this knowledge to our new hires. We seek to understand the challenges and opportunities in the daily operations by conducting training needs analysis, as we believe that learning never stops. We are good in facilitating learning sessions and have fun as our middle name. We also create training materials that fit all learner types, appropriate for either face to face or online learning.
