Advanced Energy is seeking an Operations Technical Training Supervisor to design and execute technical training programs for engineers, technicians, and production staff in electronics manufacturing.
You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, HR and EHS to ensure workforce readiness, safety, and continuous improvement across shifts and lines.

The Operations Technical Training Supervisor supports the development and execution of technical training programs that build critical skills for engineers, technicians, and direct labors in an electronics manufacturing environment. This role focuses on day‑to‑day training operations, ensuring effective delivery of training, competency development, and compliance with operational, quality, and safety standards.
The supervisor partners closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Human Resources and EHS teams to ensure workforce readiness, improve performance, and support productivity and continuous improvement initiatives. This role reports to the Operations Technical Training Manager.
