Job summary

BTI Payments Philippines, Inc. is seeking an ATM Monitoring Analyst to track ATM performance, respond to hardware/software issues, and coordinate with field technicians.

This hands-on role requires on-site work six days a week, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to generate reports to improve uptime across our ATM network. You will collaborate with vendors, monitor alerts, and ensure timely resolution to prevent customer impact while maintaining production standards in a

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in ATM monitoring, customer service, or related operations.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and data communications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to support process implementation and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong work ethic.
• Willing to report on site 6days/week.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily/monthly performance and availability report for ATMs.
• Develop other reports needed to better monitor and improve all activities/functions of ATM monitoring.
• Working trouble tickets related to hardware, network, software, cash, and facility related concerns.
• Complete necessarily follow up work to see case/ticket to resolution.
• Work with vendor/outsource partner’s team to maintain operational status to avoid customer impact due to unavailability of machines.
• Utilize multiple channels of communication including placing outbound phone calls to field technicians for servicing needs.
• Meet and maintain established production standards.
