Job summary

BRINK’S PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking an ATM Operations Support Specialist to monitor ATMs, respond to customers via phone and email, and provide technical support to field technicians.

You will troubleshoot and dispatch, follow up on dispatches through to completion, escalate when SLAs are breached, and compile daily status reports.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
• Proactive ATM monitoring with minimal supervision.
• Strong troubleshooting approach and questioning to identify root causes.
• Ability to provide professional customer and field technician support.

About the role

The ATM Operations Support Specialist is primarily responsible for monitoring ATMs, responding to internal and external customers via phone and email, and providing technical support to technicians in the field.

What we're looking for

• Basic computer knowledge
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook and Excel)
• Proactively monitor ATMs for errors with minimal supervision
• Troubleshooting ability and interest (ability to ask probing questions to discover the cause of an issue)
