Outsourced.ph is seeking an Operations Support Specialist for a forward-looking European client. You will provide cross-functional operational support across multiple functions, helping ensure smooth service delivery and high guest experience.

This foundation-level role offers remote work with occasional travel to our Rome HQ for training and meetings, enabling you to build broad operational knowledge while supporting day-to-day activities.

Formación

• Experience in administrative, operations, customer service, logistics, hospitality, travel or similar environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide cross-functional operational support across the Operations department.
• Support Fulfillment and Inventory processes and maintain accuracy.
• Assist with recurring operational workflows and ensure timely completion.
• Support audits and ensure data accuracy.
• Identify operational issues and elevate them for resolution.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product and other functions.
• Document processes, SOPs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with processes.
• Communicate professionally with stakeholders.
• Adapt to changing priorities across teams.

Purpose of the Role

As an Operations Support Specialist, you will provide cross-functional operational support across the Operations department, helping ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of our services.

This is a foundation-level role designed to develop a broad understanding of our operational functions while supporting day-to-day business activities as needed. Depending on business priorities, you may support areas such as Fulfillment, Inventory, Supplier, Ticketing, Reporting, Quality Assurance, and Process Improvement.

Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will develop operational knowledge, build confidence across multiple workflows, and help maintain high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and guest experience.

The position is remote, with occasional travel to our Rome HQ for training, retreats, destination familiarisation trips, and business meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational support across multiple functions within the Operations department.
• Support and execute Fulfillment and Inventory activities and processes accurately while following established procedures and service standards.
• Assist with recurring operational workflows, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Support audits and ensure data accuracy.
• Identify operational issues or risks and elevate them appropriately.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Operations, Product, and other business functions.
• Assist with documentation, SOPs, process updates, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate operational records while ensuring compliance with company processes.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Remain adaptable to changing business priorities and support operational needs across multiple teams.

Skills & Experience

Essential

• Previous experience in an administrative, operations, customer service, logistics, hospitality, travel, or similar environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
• Proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
• Comfortable working within a fast-paced remote environment.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and modern collaboration tools.
• Willingness to learn multiple operational functions.

Desirable

• Experience within tourism, hospitality, logistics, or operational support.
• Experience using Slack, Zendesk, Google Suites or similar platforms.
• Degree or qualification in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, Operations, or a related field.

Additional Information:

• Homebased
• Must be available to work shifts between 9:00 AM and 1:00 AM PHT
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
