Job summary

Qualifications

• Two- or four-year degree in Business Management or related
• Experience in Sales
• Experience handling people
• Strong leadership, delegation, administrative management and organizational skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Docs

Responsibilities

• Monitor attendance, activity implementation, and performance evaluation
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations as needed
• Check DTR, weekly liquidations, and revolving fund replenishment
• Ensure completeness of hiring requirements
• Train direct reports and front-liners in client product knowledge and product promotion
• Maintain outstanding relationship with the principal
• Demonstrate strong operational control and effective strategy implementation
• Prepare weekly or monthly reports and market updates
• Check inventory needs and monitor requisitions
• Implement workplace policies and goals effectively
• Attend client coordination meetings
• Perform regular area visits and collaborate with Product Representatives
• Cascade instructions and directions from the company
• Stay on top of operations and situations
